Exersites

For personal trainers

Run your whole training business from one place.

A website that looks like you hired someone. A calendar your clients book themselves. Packages they pay for with a card. Programs and videos they can actually open. All under your own name.

Things you can finally say

Every sentence below needs a real business behind it. That is the whole point.

“Go over to my website and see my pricing there.”
Your services and prices on a page you can send anyone, instead of retyping them into a text message for the hundredth time.
“Log in to my website and you will see your program and the videos I made for you.”
Each client gets their own login, their own programs, and the videos you recorded for them. Not a shared folder everyone can see.
“Here is a link. Pick whatever time works for you.”
One link, sent to one person. They tap a time and it is on your calendar. No account, no app, no nine messages working out Thursday.
“You have three sessions left, and the app already knows.”
Balances come off as sessions happen. No spreadsheet, no awkward conversation about whose count is right.

Right now that is probably five different things

a website builder a booking link a spreadsheet of who owes what a shared folder of PDFs payment requests on your phone

One login. One monthly bill. One place your clients go.

The part nobody sees

The website is the front door. This is the business behind it.

Your clients see a site. You get an admin that knows who they are, what they have paid for, how many sessions are left and what is on this week.

The Exersites admin dashboard: total clients, sessions sold and upcoming events, with the More menu open showing Payment Links, Programs, Videos, Branding and Page sections. The calendar in week view, with booked sessions across the week and Month, Week, 3 Day and Day controls. The client list, showing each client’s email and how many sessions they have left. The availability screen: recurring weekly hours, and a booking link made out to one person with the URL to send them. The services screen, listing session packages with their prices. The transactions ledger, showing every payment on record. The programs screen, listing workout plans and who they are assigned to. The videos screen, listing uploaded videos and the clients they are assigned to. The branding screen, where the site’s name, theme, layout and photo are set. The page sections editor, where a trainer adds their own blocks of words and photos.

Every screen above is the real thing, signed in as a trainer, with a real week in it.

What you get

Just the features you need, done right.

A site you would actually send someone

Seven layouts and ten colour palettes, mixed however you like — seventy different sites, none of which look like a template you picked in a hurry.

  • Add your own sections. Words, photos, a client quote, a button that sends people straight to your calendar. Drag them above or below the rest.
  • See it before you save it. A live preview at phone, tablet and desktop size, showing changes you have not committed to yet.
  • Your own address. A free name on exersites.fit, or a domain we buy and wire up for you.
  • Findable. Your name and description reach Google, and the link looks right when somebody shares it.

A calendar that fills itself

Set your weekly hours once and the next ninety days of bookable times appear. Clients with a package book themselves. You stop being the scheduling software.

  • Booking links. Text one person a link and they pick a time, with no account and no app. Add times only they can see. Turn it off when it has done its job.
  • Month, week, three day and day. Plus a stacked view built for reading a day on a phone between sessions.
  • Block a slot without explaining yourself. Take one hour off the calendar and leave the rest of the week alone.
  • Reminders go out for you. Before the session, by email, without you remembering to send it.

Money that lands in your account

Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Not ours, then yours a week later — yours, on the day. We never touch it and we take no percentage of it.

  • Sell session packages. Ten sessions for one price. The balance goes down as the sessions happen, on its own.
  • A late cancel rule that holds. Cancel inside the window and it costs a session. You stop being the one who has to bring it up.
  • Payment links for everything else. A one off assessment, a block of remote coaching, whatever you price today.
  • One ledger. Card payments land in it automatically. Cash and Venmo you add in two taps, so the number is the real number.

Somewhere to put the actual work

Every client gets their own login and sees only their own things. No shared folder. No link that ends up in a group chat.

  • Build programs in the app. Tables of exercises with sets, weights and your own notes. Or upload the PDF you already have.
  • Send the video you filmed on the gym floor. Upload it, assign it to the client it was for, and they get told it is there.
  • One page for them. Upcoming sessions, sessions left, programs, videos. On their phone, without an app store.

Designs

Seven layouts, 10 palettes, and growing…

One trainer, one afternoon. Every site below is the same account — same words, same prices, same services — with a different palette, layout and photo picked from a menu. Change your mind on a Tuesday and the whole thing looks different by Tuesday evening.

coastalstrength.com
A trainer's site in the Coastal palette with the Spotlight layout: a full width photo with the business name centred over it.

Photos are yours to upload. Everything else — the words, the prices, the open times — comes straight out of your own account.

Who made this

Built and designed by trainers with real experience.

Exersites was created by personal trainers in New York with more than ten years in the business. We spent those years working around software that was built for gyms, for physios, for everyone except us.

So we worked out exactly which features a training business actually needs — a real website, bookings, session packages, programs, videos — and left out the fluff. No feature you will never open. No plan you have to call someone about.

Still trainers. Still taking clients.

Questions people ask

Who actually holds my money?
You do. Payments go into your own Stripe account, in your own name, on your own payout schedule. We never hold a balance for you and we take no percentage. Stripe charges its usual processing fee; that part is between you and them.
Do my clients need to download anything?
No. Everything they touch is a web page on your site — booking a time, paying for a package, opening a program, watching a video. It works on whatever phone they already have.
I already have a website. Can I keep the name?
Yes. On the Pro plan we point your existing domain at your Exersites site, or register a new one for you and manage the renewal. On Starter you get a free address on exersites.fit instead.
What counts as a client?
Anyone with a login to your site — someone who books with you, buys a package, or opens a program you wrote them. Starter covers 15 of them, which is a full book for most trainers working one to one. Pro has no limit. Somebody who reads your site and never signs up is not a client and never counts.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. You answer a few questions, your site goes live with a design already chosen for you, and you change whatever you want from there. Nobody schedules a call with you.
What happens if I stop paying?
You cancel from your account page, in one click, and you keep the rest of the period you paid for. There is no contract and nothing to phone anyone about.

You already do the hard part. This does the rest.

Fourteen days, free, with your real clients and your real calendar. If it does not save you an evening a week, leave.
